Kettering
and District Model Railway Society is based close the
A14 trunk road at Thorpe Malsor Village Hall,
near Kettering.
The Club relocated from Kettering,
and has been growing steadily, having some 25
members. Current club and individual members'
projects include British & Foreign outline
layouts in N, OO, O gauges.
The club
has test track facilities in the three most
popular gauges, which run on the last Wednesday
of each month. Trains on the test tracks can be
run by DC or DCC control. Members are happy to
discuss any aspect of railway modelling with
anyone who wants to chat and there is always a
warm welcome awaiting visitors and new members
alike.
We meet every Wednesday
evening from 7:30 until 9:30 at Thorpe Malsor
Village Hall, Church Way, Thorpe Malsor, NN14
1JS, (opposite Rye Hill House.)
K&DMRS cordially invites you to
'try before you buy' by offering three free
sessions as our guests, giving you time to
determine whether club modelling is a preferred
choice.
