Club Exhibiton Saturday, 15th. September, 2018
The annual club exhibition day took place at Greenfields Primary School in Kettering.

This was the first show at a new venue which offered a greater amount of space with most exhibits appearing in a main hall. More advertising led to an increased attendance and some very favourable comments from the visiting public as well as exhibitors and traders.

Two awards were made for visiting layouts. We would also like to acknowledge the support of the school's senior administrator, Mrs. Jacqui Passmore.

Feedback Received

"On Behalf of Kempston & District MRS & DOGA, I would like to thank you for yesterday’s show. I took 4 of the layout crew there so we had good chat on the way home. We all felt very welcome & enjoyed it.

"I hope that from you & your club’s point of view that the show was a success
[Iain Ripo]

"Enjoyable show yesterday, I hope it was all successful for you". [Andrew Jones, Stodden Hundred Layout].

"Great show! Enjoyed the show had good interest in my layout". [Malcolm Harrison, Achalraj, Indian Hill Layout]

"Many thanks to you and your team for putting on the show. It is always especially nice when we get an audience vote. That made the day extra special for me it really did. But even before that I was getting great comments, and as a modeller of course feedback is nice to hear. I guess showing off the model and demonstrating the idea is part of it once it is built. To do that we need you exhibition managers to run shows. So please pass on my thanks to all". [Laurie Calvert, Cato Pass Layout]

"Great exhibition yesterday and thanks for inviting me". [Roland Bourne, Duke's Mine Layout]

"Just emailing to say I had a great time exhibiting at Kettering on Saturday". [Danny Figg, Micro Layouts]
